• A non-refundable deposit or full payment is required for all orders. This will secure you order and ensure you will receive your order on time

• All sales are final and cannot be canceled or refunded once confirmed.

• Some more elaborate mums will require a 50% deposit to reserve your order. Full payment is due at the time of pickup or prior to shipment.

• No order will be released without complete payment

• There will be a shipping cost added to orders that need to be delivered. This cost will be determined according to the delivery area

• Any extra charges can be settled online or in person. You can discuss final payment with me to ensure there is no confusion
